Without a doubt, food is a major factor in a country’s cultural identity. These recipes from around the world offer the opportunity to explore new culinary boundaries; their diversity shows that choosing a healthy and environment-friendly diet is possible at every latitude.
This collection was produced in collaboration with ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine, in conjunction with its international network of cooking schools in Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia and Japan.
