A quick and easy recipe packed with flavour.

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • Apples 4
  • Large carrots 4
  • Oat flakes 4 heaping tbsp
  • Oranges 4
  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp (20 g)

Preparation

1.

Toast the oat flakes in a small pan, mixing with a spatula, until they are crunchy.

2.

Put them into a bowl, setting aside 4 tbsp.

3.

Peel the carrots and apples and grate them on top of the oat flakes.

4.

Squeeze the oranges and pour on top of the other ingredients, mix well. Leave to rise for around 15 minutes.

5.

Mix in two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

6.

Serve in glasses and top with the extra oat flakes.
